So . . . back in April, I wrote (albeit shortly) about my favorite group, Depeche Mode. And how you should expect that we'll be traveling to see them because, dammit, Cleveland ain't worthy.
Well . . . as promised . . . Sharon and I will see them in the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles California on Sunday, August 16th, 2009. I suppose this is the most exotic location short of seeing them overseas at Tel Aviv, Israel or some other place we've never been.
So . . . yeah. That's it. We'll be staying with Sharon's long-time friend and her friends (yay!) in WeHo I think they call it. Should be nice and strange, I hear; but I'm looking forward to it. Among the sites we'll surely see are the Hollywood sign, the Hollywood walk of fame, and the smog. Too bad we won't be there long enough to take a nice drive up the coast via Route 1 to wine country.
